DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES

We only sell products within Australia, and do not ship outside Australia.

Our standard shipping charge is $10, and we ship by Australia Post Registered Post E-Parcel Service, which requires a signature upon delivery, so we recommend delivery to an address that is attended during business hours. Every parcel is trackable.

Once the order and stock availability are confirmed, items are shipped within 2 business days and should be delivered within 5 business days, unless being sent to remote parts of Australia such as NT. Parcels to WA can take between 4-9 business days to be delivered.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Hunt Leather offers an Express Post Service for a flat fee of $25.00. This service is offered by Australia Post and is only valid if the order is placed before 3pm (AEST) or for luggage before 12pm (AEST).

For guaranteed next day delivery the delivery address needs to be within the Australia Post Express Post Network. To check if your postcode is within the network please visit http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html. Once the item leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

All regular orders are sent as registered mail using Australia Post’s Registered Post E-Parcel Service. Each parcel has a tracking number and this is emailed to the customer once the items have been dispatched.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

All products purchased from the Hunt Leather website may be exchanged for a store credit or a refund with proof of purchase. This is provided that the goods are returned within two weeks of purchase, have not been used and are in their original packaging.

Exchanges will be accepted at any of our stores, or via courier or post, at the expense of the customer. We would always recommend that the returns are insured and registered.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For more information please contact out Hunt Leather consultant.
