    MONOGRAMMING SERVICE FOR TUMI

    SAME DAY DELIVERY 

    We offer same day delivery directly from our stores, where the item is in stock at your local store(s).  

    *Please note that orders after 3pm will be delivered the following day* 

    You must reside within 15km of one of our stores, and be at your chosen location to receive the delivery.

    Simply select your product(s) and Add to Cart.  

    Proceed to checkout and click on Shipping Method (drop down arrow)

    If the product is available for "Same Day Delivery", select that option.

    For purchases over $750, same day delivery is Free.  
    For purchases under $750, same day delivery is $20.

    We use our own Driver or Uber parcel service, depending on the day and location.  We will call you to confirm time and we will send you a code by SMS for proof of purchase.  You must show that to the driver on delivery.  

    If you are not home at time of delivery, the item will be returned to our store.  We are not able to provide a refund for delivery, as it is a condition of Same Day Delivery that you are home to receive your delivery.  In that case we will contact you to discuss delivery options.

    For all purchases over $750, free Express Shipping within Australia via Australia Post is now available.
