Our superb Hunt X Boldrini collection is made for us by Boldrini Selleria in a small town in rural Tuscany.

Boldrini was born in 1955, when Scandiano Boldrini created a small bag company in the small rural town of Chiesina Uzzanese, about halfway between Lucca and Florence.  John and Elizabeth Hunt originally brought Scandiano’s bags to Australia in the 1980s!

The pursuit of excellence was handed down from Scandiano to his son Luca, who today continues with the same entrepreneurial and artisan passion as his father.  The craftsmanship at Boldrini is meticulous; it's also the most well-organised workshop we've ever seen. And of course, it smells amazing - Boldrini use only vegetable-tanned cowhides.  They're also incredibly creative and original - Luca's style is unmistakable, earning Boldrini multiple industry awards.  Their insistence on the best quality materials and fittings is renowned, especially for a small family maker.  Luca works with an amazing team, including his partner Roberta Brucini.

On our last visit there we toured the Boldrini workshop, meeting again some of the amazing craftspeople and seeing our bags in production.

We are so proud to work with Boldrini.  Each piece is made to order for us; for our new capsule collection we’ve chosen our favourite silhouettes, in our signature rich grainy leather - the Tote, the Weekender, the Handbag, the Folio and the Brief.

Elegant, simple, and better with age.
